Skye Tweed Vest: Part 3
I finished the Skye Tweed Vest before Christmas… I really did. But in keeping with history I washed it the night before, thinking all would be well, only to pull it out of the washer and see a HOLE! Gahh! Luckily it wasn’t too tragic and I was able to fix it before giving it to him… today.
He actually ended up going elsewhere for Christmas so I haven’t seen him until today, which is my brothers birthday. It seems to fit him well and he left it on and wore it home, so I suppose that’s a good sign.
That would be the birthday boy in the back there…

Yea! I’m glad you got it done. The ladies at work have started to meet on one Saturday a month to devote one day to crafting… so I’m hoping to get a lot of projects finished. And, I’m taking a quilting class starting next week! I am excited to have a little time for crafting again.
